Once your poster is ready, of course you want to print it somehow!

There are several ways you get your poster printed:

1. Printing facility on campus: poster print service

Poster Upload

while sending a printing order, you will be requested to specify the format of your poster:

size: A0 is the largest (and usually adopted) format (841×1189mm)
finish: opaque (mat) or glossy (glazend)
lamineren: you can select this option to add a protective layer (takes extra time and money)

NOTE: always check if the conference you are attending sets any format requirements!

in the submission form you should also select your funding source (same as for the expense portal)
so that the cost of the printing will be taken directly from it.

Delivery Issues

your poster will be usually sent at the front desk (i.e. security guys),
don't look for it at the general delivery office!

if you really really are in a hurry, you can write an e-mail to the printing staff (see link above)
and ask if you can have your poster done quickly (1-2 days).. it they are not too busy it might work.

2. Multicopy near Janskerkhof

You can send your poster by e-mail: utrecht-c@multicopy.nl, and pick it up in person. Generally, it takes 1-2 day(s).
Address, opening hours, and other details can be found here.
